today was the first day of fall training. i came at lunch time, ate a sandwich, and listened as leslie and jones and rowanna talked about important information that, while i've heard most of it before, is always good to hear again. rewind: it is important to hear it again. that does not mean i like hearing it again.
today i reflected upon my attitude about this job this year compared to last year. i feel better equipped to handle this confusing job. it pulls in so many directions. it is so challenging at times. i appreciate the hard work that people do to keep this program running. i appreciate that our hard job was validated today.
i am looking froward to my last year as a mentor being more productive. i look forward to being more involved.
